Feasibility Studies Ascertain viability of proposed projects by analyzing and evaluating relevant factors. Standards Analyzing and setting design, space and furniture criteria by which a business maintains consistency among its facilities and within its organizations. Space Planning Functional relationship and diagrammatic plans for execution using building standards. Architecture The following services are for both building shells and interiors: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction observation, and post-occupancy evaluation. Project Management Tracking and control of programming, design and construction activities of a project, in accordance with established criteria, to ensure quality execution and delivery on time and within budget.
